CA Foundation Course
- It's the entry-level exam for Chartered Accountancy under ICAI.
- Open to students who’ve completed 12th grade.
- Focuses on accounting, business law, mathematics, and economics.
- It's the first step in the CA course.

What is CA Foundation?
- The exam is run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- It’s the entry-level test for becoming a Chartered Accountant.
- Held twice a year, usually around May and November.
- separately by getting 40 out of 100 , Failing to meet the minimum in any one subject means you fail the entire exam.
- Failing to achieve 40 marks in any single paper results in failing the exam, regardless of the overall score.
- As per the latest CA Foundation exam pattern, there is no negative marking.
